    We provide consulting, coaching, education, and done-with-you licensing support for founders starting or growing non-medical home care agencies, including:

    • 1-on-1 coaching and strategy sessions
    • Business licensing and compliance assistance
    • Legitimacy Check™ assessments
    • LicenseRight™ licensing services
    • Compliance Rescue™ remediation
    • Inspection-Ready™ preparation
    • Payer Expansion™ enrollment support

    Our services are educational and consulting in nature. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Consult appropriately licensed professionals for that guidance.

    4. Use of the Site and Accounts

    • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
    • Submit only phone numbers and email addresses you own or are authorized to use
    • Maintain the security of any account credentials issued to you
    • Do not misuse, disrupt, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services

    5. Payment Terms

    Payment terms for programs, packages, and advisory services are specified at checkout or in your individual service agreement. Refund terms are governed by the agreement applicable to your purchase. Questions about billing may be sent to Scott@homecareagencyblueprint.com.

    All content on the Services — text, graphics, logos, images, videos, curriculum, templates, and software — is owned by MELLEO INTERNATIONAL INC or its licensors and protected by United States copyright and trademark law. Home Care Agency Blueprint™, Legitimacy Check™, LicenseRight™, Compliance Rescue™, Inspection-Ready™, Payer Expansion™, and Blueprint Within™ are trademarks used by MELLEO INTERNATIONAL INC. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written consent.

    7. SMS Messaging Terms

    Sender: MELLEO INTERNATIONAL INC, doing business as Home Care Agency Blueprint™, is the sender of all text messages sent under this program.

    Program description: Messages may include appointment reminders, licensing updates, service notifications, educational tips, training announcements, consulting opportunities, and promotional offers.

    Message frequency: Message frequency varies and is approximately 2–8 messages per month.

    Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

    Voluntary participation: Participation is voluntary. SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

    Opt-out: You may text STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After we receive STOP, we will send a confirmation message and stop sending future SMS messages unless you opt in again.

    Carriers: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Rejoining: You can rejoin the program at any time by completing the opt-in process again.

    Privacy: Mobile information, including SMS opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

    The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business, licensing, or revenue results. Outcomes depend on your effort, market conditions, and the regulatory environment in your state.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, MELLEO INTERNATIONAL INC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
